Ltd.” intending to make initialpublic offering in Hong Kong as referred to in the news is an overseas enterprise established by “Hunan Zhongtian Construction Group Co.Ltd.”(hereinafter referred to as “Hunan Zhongtian”) and the relevant enterprises and persons in the Cayman Islands no more than half a year ago, and has no relationship with “Zhongtian Construction Group Co.Ltd.”(hereinafter referred to as “Zhongtian Construction”), which is subordinate to Zhongtian Holdings.
Hunan Zhongtianis a private construction enterprise in Zhuzhou, Hunan, and formerly known as Zhuzhou Residential Construction Companywhich was established in 1979,and restructured and renamed as Hunan Zhongtian Construction Co.Ltd. in 2004.
